My top 1 destination is the newly opened BEARLAND PARADISE RESORT. If you're looking for a setting of a pool and a beach, then this is the perfect place. I think it opened a month ago. It is owned by a German whom my family and I met and talked to when we went there. He was such an approachable and friendly person. He even gets to joke us while we were having conversation. It is located in Tigbauan a 30-40 minutes drive from the city. When you arrived at Bearland, you should first pay a P150 entrance fee per head. While if you are going to swim you should pay an additional P150 and that makes P300 per head. However, if you would like to get a canopy then you need to pay P100. This maybe a bit expensive but wait until you see the beauty of the place.

TOP 2 SUMMER GETAWAY

BORACAY ISLAND. It is known for its white sand beach and blue waters. Located across Caticlan which is a 10 minutes boat ride. The night life is also a major attraction. There are a lot of great activities you could do in the island including banana boat ride, jet ski, para sailing, diving, island hopping and a lot more.

The white sand and the blue waters looks gorgeous together.

The most awaited attraction every afternoon is the sunset.

TOP 3 SUMMER GETAWAY

GUIMARAS ISLAND. It is known for their off-white sand and beautiful beaches. It is far from the crowded and noisy streets of Iloilo City. A place you could relax and have a good  time with family and friends.

If you're looking for a semi private resort and a place you could be with nature, then Villa Igang is the answer. Villa Igang is actually surrounded by rocks and there's a lot of beautiful views in the resort. They have rooms where you can stay for a day or week. They also offer great foods. You can also go island hopping. This place became special to me since it's filled with good memories. My uncle loved this place so much that he brings us whenever he wants to go there.
